"My Mom had some gift cards and wanted to have dinner, at this Panera location, but we were not sure what the remaining balance was on them, Kyra was so friendly and kind and checked them for us, without any hesitation. Kyra went above and beyond with customer service and made my 83 year old mother feel so extra special!! Our pick 2 was super delicious and Kyra took great pride in preparing it, I highly recommend this location is deserves 5 stars."
