""I'm appalled by the egregious disregard for food safety at this Dunkin' Donuts location. It's clear they're prioritizing cost-cutting over customer health. The staff uses the same gloves all day to handle hot food, touch garbage, and perform other tasks, without changing or properly sanitizing them. I've witnessed employees washing their gloved hands while still wearing the same gloves, which is not only unsanitary but also a serious health risk. This practice is unacceptable and could lead to foodborne illnesses. Given the proximity to the other underperforming Dunkin' Donuts location, it's possible they share the same ownership or management. Regardless, it's imperative that they address this issue immediately. Customers deserve better. *Warning to others:* Avoid this location until they revamp their hygiene practices. Food safety is non-negotiable.""

"Ok I want to thank the owner of this establishment. Am completely amazed at this Dunkin Donuts, this by far IS the BEST I have seen in NY. I went at 6am, Let me start with me walking in, place was spotless, the manager with the GOOD morning Shocked Me. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was Cooking and I mean cooking... I was so amazed that I decided to put these people to the test, I got the $5 meal. But I ordered the Bacon egg and cheese croissant, BUT I said Crispy with melted cheese, the Hash Brown very Crispy not burnt, and the Ice coffee with light ice and 3 Splenda and 3 creams.. Let me tell you These Employees hands down, Did NOT DISAPPOINT. let me just say I will be learning their names by the end of the year.. I will be coming back for sure. The meal was excellent, exactly how I wanted it.. This team is Fire 🔥 . I forgot to say this place looks like a fancy top tier coffee shop. I thought the croissant decorations where fake.. thats how crazy it looks.. I forgot to take pictures. I Never thought this place will light up my eyes NEVER.. I WAS STUFFED AND I WANTED MORE.. I never seen anything like this in NY. This place will be taking my money for a while. This is what taking your time and paying attention to detail that everyone needs. I am extremely satisfied and not just with the food but the passion these people have for their jobs. This is the Dream team of dunkin donuts."
