"Their bagels are the best toasted bagels I’ve ever had in my life. They just made it hard for us to find this same level of toasted bagels back in our hometown.😅 We ordered 2 opened sandwiches: Tomatoes ($7) and Smoked Salmon ($15). Tomatoes ones are the MVP for us. The bagel is toasted till crunchy. Tomatoes are sweet and just a little sour. Top with olive oil, black pepper and salt. They are just the best combinations. Smoked salmon one also tasty with a balance between Salmon, cream cheese and red onion. It was just as good as it looked but nothing beyond expectation."

"I had been seeing a lot of buzz about Apollo Bagels and finally decided to check it out. Walking in, I have to admit the overall vibe and aesthetic were really cute definitely one of those spots where you don’t mind snapping a quick picture before digging in. The presentation of the bagels themselves is also really nice, and you can tell they put thought into the look of the place. As for the food, the bagels have a really unique texture. It’s not your average New York bagel, and that part actually impressed me. The chew and crispness stood out and showed that they are doing something a little different from the traditional style. Flavor-wise, the bagels were solid, and I can see why people enjoy them. That being said, if you’re going here expecting a hearty breakfast that will keep you full for hours, you might walk away disappointed. The portions felt a little light for the price, and even though the quality was good, it just didn’t have that satisfying, sustaining factor I usually look for in a bagel shop. Overall, Apollo Bagels is worth trying once for the unique texture and the aesthetic experience, but for me it falls short on value. Cute place, tasty bagels, but not the kind of spot I’d rely on to start my day feeling full."
