"This is a PICK UP only location via Door Dash or Uber Eats. Once you have ordered through either of those you can then pick up the cookies. It’s super random window in a factory building on the far left when you look at the building. Super friendly guy who gave me my cookies. These cookies are hands down the best in NYC and I can’t decide if I love it or hate it having access to them in Queens now. Trust me you won’t be disappointed."

"This is such a cute idea! They created a pick up window to service Queens. It's so nice to have a Levain here, and the pick up window is so charming! It feels like I'm ringing the door and getting to meet the baker. It's a great place to meet a friend and grab a cookie to-go for a walk. You place the order online and then when you get there they ring the bell and have your order ready! The staff was so wonderful. Jocelyn helped me today and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, and also shared her recommendations. I love the Coffee Toffee cookie and hope you will consider keeping it on your full-time menu!"
