"Huge selection, punchy flavors, great bagel texture!! I don’t usually post reviews but this place is GOOD and isn’t getting the credit it deserves. Stop giving places low stars because you go within 2 weeks of opening and have to wait. Of course you’re going to wait!! First, this place has an option for everyone. It’s kind of overwhelming and I’m glad I had time in the line to figure out what to order. From classic favorites to unique sweet and savory options - including things that would be so fun for kids - they have it all. I tried the asiago bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese, the maple bacon bagel with blueberry crumb cream cheese, and the french toast bagel. Each was so so good and so flavorful!! The flavors really show up. Both cream cheeses were excellent. I also got a plain, everything egg, and Oreo bagel to try later. The owner took my order and was kind, made small talk, and didn’t make me feel rushed even though they were clearly busy. Good customer service, and my order was ready quickly even though waiting in line took awhile. My only request is if they can sort the cream cheese by sweet vs. savory. Having them all intermixed made it harder to not get distracted :D."

"Came here after a 10k race downtown. Many runners post race here. Tampas newest hotspots for bagels. Bacon egg and cheese. Pork roll. Marc the owner did a fantastic job! I’m from NY and I’m been eager to try this place. The line moves quickly and has so many variety of bagels and cream cheeses. My item was unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock but the owner agreed to refund me for it and still make me something else for free. He was very nice about the situation and took matters into his own hands and apologized and offered refund without me asking. He also introduces himself and is very personable with the customers. Never change these things. Being personable, greeting customers, apologizing, refunding and making things right. You will have more returning and loyal customers due to that behavior. My only suggestion would be higher faster employees and less of a wait time and possibly better parking/ free parking. Try to hire more ppl from The northeast who can relate / fast work ethic. Overall I think you can to the right city, right location. We northerners needed a local BEC and bagel shop. Look into adding another shop off 54 in odessa area. New prime hotspot. You purchased a great franchise at the right time and place. Good luck to you and your business you’ll go very far!!! Don’t change those things and best wishes. Marc the owner did great."

"Obsessed! This new spot brings true Jersey/NY bagel magic to town. The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy, and taste exactly like the ones back home. The staff is friendly, the vibe is great, and everything I tried was delicious. So happy this place opened — I’ll be coming back all the time!"
