"I normally give this location 5 stars. However I had an issue purchasing an item. The management staff was extremely helpful with trying to help me with Google Pay for one item on my list. I bought several items like I usually do when I have an appointment at my doctor's office. Before I arrived. I went to other retailers to shop and purchase items and I had other bags with me. I don't drive anymore because I have night blindness and I refuse to get behind the wheel. After I purchased my items. On my way out there was a lady who I noticed looking at me strangely while I shopped. However I didn't really try to focus on her because I was trying to find all of the items I needed because I am having surgery the next day and I wouldn't be able to carry anything for a few weeks. On my way out the same lady was talking to a coworker. She said " This is Publix not to the public" when I went by. I was on the phone with my doctor. I'm not homeless and if I was that was a very rude comment. Because she kept staring at me after I sat down on the couch at the exit trying to talk to my insurance and doctors office. My father just passed away and I have surgery the next day. I'm doing the best I can. I didn't ask for money. I was dressed nicely. I have been shopping at Publix supermarket for 12 years and I have always had a great experience. So disappointed!!"
