"I went twice to order cookies and was told to come back because the cookies were too hot to serve. I had a coupon for $2 off for a drink, but the CO2 must have been out because I had to trade my drink twice. The second drink wasn't any better, but at this point, I just counted it as a loss. Also, note that if you pay with your debit card, there is a .45 convenience fee (on a $15 purchase) fee may vary based on purchase amount. Cookies were nice and fresh! Enjoy!!"

"**Updated review** The customer service I received yesterday was a major improvement than my recent visits. The cookie cake I ordered was not only fresh but exactly what I asked for, down to the design. Thank you! Picked up some cookies today. Most of the ones on display looked like they were cooked too long. The ones I got were semi hard and I probably will stick with insomnia. Customer service could be better also!"
