"I am giving 5 stars because of the woman (walmart employee) her name has escaped my mind unfortunately because she was a god send, an angel. I was walking towards the front of walmart from row 5 when I seen a elder woman struggling to walk. There was a electric cart she was trying to get to and could not on her own. So I assisted her to the cart when a walmart employee his name is Donald. Says she cannot have it because it was "promised to someone else" I said "there is nobody else around here and this woman clearly needs it, you cannot promise a electric cart to another person, first come first serve and because this elderly woman had damn near face planted into rocks. She clearly needed it. He continued to argue and be apathetic towards this ladies situation. I went in the store straight to customer service to ask to speak directly to the store manager where I met this wonder woman that was also looking for the store manager. I proceeded to explain the situation and she immediately jumped into action. The apethic man donald was riding the electric cart to the front of the store while the elderly lady was forced to use a push cart still struggling to walk. It boiled my blood to see this go down. The angel of a woman and walmart employee went to retrieve another cart for this elderly woman to use so she could do her grocery shopping. A few other employees were also made aware of the situation as well. It was handled in such a timely manner. Thanks to the woman In customer service on 11/04/2025 between 130pm and 330pm I believe we're the times. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, a raise and or higher position."
