"I feel like the customer service has declined, sometimes staff says bye have a nice day, sometimes they do not. I remember when staff used to ask if I needed help. When I used to work for Publix, many years ago, they were really good about making sure we provided exceptional service. It seems like things have changed. I only come here when I need something quick and don’t feel like dealing with the long lines at Walmart."
