"Parking - 5 Ambiance - 5 Service - 3 Price - 4 Value - 4 One of the best things with this store is the cleanness, stock levels/variety and easy parking (free). People in FL love Publix, but to be honest I'm indifferent. I just find the selection OK, and prices are more expensive than at other stores for a similar or same product. Their private label line doesn't stand out. Conversely, other stores such as TJs rely almost 100% on their private label and they have succeeded (selection, quality and price wise). All in all, it's not a bad store, just OK. It's my place to go for a last minute thing. After all, it is super convenient having a grocery store just a few blocks away from home."

"I would like say a little story about the outstanding service and dedication of the staff at this Publix location. Not only does this store have everything I need, but the level of care and professionalism shown by the team is amazing. I had an inicident, due to my own carelessness, I looked away and my cellphone was taken. It was almost closing time, butwhen I approached the customer service desk, they immediately assisted me without hesitation. I was met by to Yo-Yo (ESM), who listened to my concern and rapidly checked the security cameras to identify the individual who had taken the phone. At that moment, Mike (SM) came and they both lent me their phones so I could block mine and track it. He then even went as far as approaching the guy (who was already four blocks away) to ask for my phone back. Thanks his calm, respectful, and professional approach, the person willingly returned the phone without causing any problem. Every time I go I see them walking around and notice the care theyare always looking around and clearly committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment no matter who the person is. I am deeply grateful for their help and impressed by the way they handled the situation and my frustration from start to finish."
