"I am so excited to find a true French bakery. I have a gluten sensitivity but find that I can eat gluten in Europe with no negative impact. Since their wheat comes from Europe I decided to give a baguette a try. I'm happy to report no symptoms after eating this bread! Not only is the bread insanely delicious but finding this place is a real win. I can't wait to try their other delicacies. They were very friendly, helpful and patient. I can't wait to come back!"
