Welcome to Dunkin'

"I visited on a rainy early afternoon before a road trip for some late breakfast at this Dunkin' since it was the only one with a drive thru near the Ayers Innovation Plaza. Decided to go in to order instead to use the restrooms (clean and stocked). My husband and I ordered bagels and drinks. I got a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with less cream cheese and a matcha latte with skim milk. I was originally interested in 2 raisin cinnamon bagels, but they ran out (only reason the food rating lost a star since I was really interested in a second bagel). My husband got 2 toasted plain bagels with butter and a kiwi watermelon refresher. The order was correct, and the drinks were perfect. First off, side note on bagels with butter - unless you want what looks like 2 tablespoons of butter in your bagel, ask for less since my husband had enough to sip the butter. (he still ate the bagel but you could consider it accelerated output assistance 😅) My less cream cheese bagel was good and had just enough cheese. So if you're not into a thick layer of your bagel filling, let them know "less"! (Lesson learned!) We'd come back again since the customer service was great, the facilities were clean, and the food/drinks were good 👍"
