"I drove 20 minutes to this Publix to fill up two 5-gallon jugs of water, only to realize the machine was out of service. I was frustrated and about to leave, but Harrison stopped me and let me know he had a solution. He took the jugs from my hands, put them on a cart, brought them over to his team, and showed me that I could actually replace my 5-gallon jugs instead. He went out of his way to help me, provided truly top-tier service, and made my day a whole lot easier. Publix is lucky to have an employee like Harrison. I really appreciate his kindness and effort!"
