"I placed a lunch order here the other day (11/11, around 12:30pm) and when I came to pick it up, there was a lack of meat on my sandwich. I flagged down the manager, Lera (pronounced Lair-Ah), and asked to purchase another helping of meat, she refused to charge me and got it done in seconds. Lera was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to not only help me but every other customer in the store. She knew the regulars' names, was incredibly respectful and warm, and ran the back-of-the-house operations like a drill sergeant. I work in hospitality on the corporate/management side and I struggle to find GMs even half as strong as she is. 11/10 manager!!"
