"One of the few eateries open Monday lunch time on the island, we gave it a go. My first impression was underwhelming because of the smell of something burnt but who among us has not burned a food item or two during a meal prep? We boldly ordered a Cuban and a burger. Both were very good and quite flavorful! The service was straightforward and capable and the prices were reasonable in our current inflationary situation. They had water available at no cost and easily available. The seats outside were a bit narrow or maybe our posteriors were too wide not sure which. I would definitely go again and give another menu item I try."

"I love this place for lunch! My favorites include the tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches. I love that the sandwiches come with a side (always go for the pasta salad!) and a pickle. Located on the cute and quiet Main Street in Davis island. Highly recommend!"

"We typically get a breakfast item on a croissant that is really pretty good. The service is quick and the coffee is hot though, sometimes the coffee runs out and they’re not too attentive making sure the pots are full. The hamburgers are excellent and come out on a brioche bun and probably some of the best fries you’ll find in Tampa. For the feel of an old-fashioned soda shop this is a place to go."
